• You are not experiencing serious gambling problems or enrolled in any self-exclusion programme operated by a gambling control organisation.

TVToto reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the withholding of any eligible balance.

Opening a TVToto account is free and straightforward. However, there are several important terms you must comply with regarding your account:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and your actual date of birth.
• One Account Per User: Each individual is permitted only one TVToto account. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions constitutes fraud and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all funds.

• Identity Verification (KYC): TVToto reserves the right to request identity verification documents (a copy of your MyKad or passport) before processing your first withdrawal or whenever required by the security team.

TVToto is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the TVToto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). TVToto supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM 30 and processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. TVToto does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• All deposits are final and non-refundable unless a technical error has been confirmed by TVToto.
• TVToto reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending the completion of outstanding identity verification (KYC) requirements.
• Members who suspect fraud or suspicious activity related to their account must contact TVToto immediately.
• Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities using the TVToto platform will be reported to the relevant authorities.

The TVToto platform offers a wide variety of betting options, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, e-sports, and more) as well as online casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, slots). The following general rules apply to all betting types:

• Minimum & Maximum Bet: Each bet type carries its own minimum and maximum limits. These limits are displayed on every betting market within the TVToto platform.
• Bet Finality: All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, reduced, or amended except under specific technical circumstances recognised by TVToto.
• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during a match or casino game, TVToto reserves the right to void and refund any affected bets.
• Official Results: The settlement of all sports bets is based on official results announced by the relevant sporting authority. TVToto is not responsible for any result disputes arising after official settlement.
• Invalid Bets: TVToto reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving fraud, collusion, or market manipulation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TVToto platform and may result in immediate account closure, freezing of funds, and appropriate legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, evading restrictions, or committing fraud
• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or operate the TVToto platform
• Collusion, cheating, or any form of conspiracy with other players in Live Casino games
• Money laundering or using the TVToto platform for any unlawful financial activity
• Providing false information or impersonating another individual during registration or the identity verification process
• Exploiting bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the TVToto platform for unauthorised gain

• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing someone else to use your account

TVToto reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice where there is clear evidence or strong reasonable suspicion of a breach of the above terms, including freezing the account and holding funds pending investigation.

A TVToto account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At Member's Request: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the TVToto support team. All remaining valid funds will be returned within 3 to 5 business days.
• Terms Violation: TVToto reserves the right to close or suspend the account of any member who violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice and without refunding the account balance if the violation involves fraud.
• Inactivity: Accounts with no activity (no login or transactions) for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. TVToto will impose a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of RM 5 after email notice has been given.
• At TVToto's Discretion: TVToto reserves the right to close any member's account at its absolute discretion, provided that prior notice is given and all legitimate funds are returned.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, TVToto shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the TVToto platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond TVToto's control, including Internet infrastructure issues, power outages, or natural disasters
• Data loss resulting from hardware failure, cyberattacks, or other unforeseeable technical causes
• Any financial decisions made by a member based on information available on the TVToto platform

Under no circumstances shall TVToto's total liability to any member exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

TVToto takes the privacy and security of our members' personal data seriously. All personal data collected during registration and use of the TVToto platform is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy TVToto that applies alongside these Terms.

TVToto complies with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in all matters relating to the collection, storage, and processing of members' personal data. Your data will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except where required by Malaysian law or a valid court order.

TVToto reserves the right to amend, add to, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where urgent changes are required due to legal or security reasons.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
